Heritage Pumping is not responsible for any damages to landscaping, driveways/walkways, or any underground utilities including irrigation. A returned check is subject to a $25.00 fee. If payments are not made according to the payment schedule, the total price of this invoice will be subject to a 1.5% late fee per month after 30 days. The customer agrees to pay for any additional charges associated with the collection of overdue balances, including, but not limited to: attorney fees and court fees.
